Our mission is to uplift and support vulnerable young people, helping them break free from cycles of gang involvement, violence, and exploitation. By fostering a safe and encouraging environment, we provide them with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive.
We work closely with schools, youth centres, and other local organisations to deliver workshops and programmes that educate, inspire, and empower. Our focus is on equipping young people with the skills needed to make informed decisions, build resilience, and pursue positive futures.
Through our innovative app and loyalty rewards system, we offer engaging and practical support, encouraging young people to stay on track and make choices that lead to better outcomes. At the heart of everything we do is the belief that by working together as a community, we can create a safer, brighter future for all.

We are committed to making a positive impact in our local community
At NTJC CIC, we are committed to making a positive difference in our local communities. Although only a small number of young people in the UK are involved in gangs and serious youth violence, their influence on the wider community is significant.
Our goal is to understand why vulnerable young people are drawn into gang involvement so that we can intervene effectively. To support this, we’ve developed a unique Loyalty Rewards Programme and App aimed at reducing knife crime, gun violence, and gang activity.
We also understand the vital role parents and carers play in keeping young people out of gangs. That’s why we provide families with the resources and support they need to help guide their children. By strengthening families, we aim to improve the well-being of at-risk youth and build a more resilient community.
