We are committed to making a positive impact in our local community.
At NTJC CIC, we are deeply committed to creating positive change within our local communities. While only a small number of children and young people in the UK are involved in gangs and serious youth violence, their influence on the wider community is disproportionately significant.
Our mission is to understand what drives vulnerable young people towards gang involvement so we can effectively disrupt these associations.
To achieve this, we’ve developed a unique Loyalty Rewards Programme and App, specifically designed to reduce knife, gun, and gang-related crimes.
In addition to supporting young people directly, NTJC CIC recognizes the critical role parents and carers play in preventing further gang involvement.
By providing essential resources and guidance to families, we aim to empower them to better support their children.
This not only enhances the well-being of at-risk youth but also strengthens the resilience of the entire community.
Our support for parents and carers is key to reducing the likelihood of young people becoming further entrenched in gang culture.
